Come join me (and some other fabulous females) at Figure 4, a barre based fitness program, housed out of Pure Yoga on Manhattan’s UES and UWS.  Drop-in rates and studio memberships are available.


Pure Yoga’s exclusive barre class (created by Kate Albarelli Gaglione) incorporating weight-bearing exercise, dance technique, and strength training. This combines into a high energy and fast-paced workout that produces a long, lean, and toned body. Through interval cardio and choreography, the metabolic rate stays high and the student remains energized and engaged while creating a sculpted physique.


Figure 4 Fierce (created by yours truly) combines all the benefits of a dance cardio class with the strengthening and toning elements of a standard Figure 4 barre class.  This is a high-intensity workout that mixes cardiovascular aerobic dance combinations with interval training to target the thighs, arms, abs, and glutes.  Easy to follow, energetic moves are created to make you burn calories and release endorphins. All moves are easy to follow and focus on keeping your heart rate elevated and your confidence soaring.  Please wear sneakers for class.
